MINISTRIES BY AGE
Here at Kingman First SBC we believe that it is our mission to help young boys and girls to first experience, then grow with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Children’s Ministries include Sunday Preschool and Children’s classes, Children’s Church, and Wednesday AWANA programs.
The youth programs consist of small group Bible studies on Sundays, AWANA Trek and Journey programs on Wednesdays, and Upper Room Youth on Thursdays.
Upper Room Youth is a program that is made for youth from 5th to 12th grade. Upper Room meets every Thursdays at 6pm in the upstairs youth sanctuary.
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
Young adults are persons in their late teens, twenties, and thirties who represent diverse cultural, racial, ethnic, educational, vocational, social, political, and spiritual backgrounds, and are the lifeblood of the growing church.
If you are interested in learning more about this ministry, or leading a portion of it, please contact our office for details.
OLDER ADULT MINISTRY
Our ‘Senior Servants’ program consists of a fantastic group of older adults that have grown to love the church, Jesus Christ, and each other.
Seasoned Servants have Bible studies Sunday mornings, and there is a potluck luncheon every 3rd Friday of the month in the Fellowship Hall.
Kingman for Christ…and Beyond! This is more than a slogan for FSBC. It is the church that God calls us to be. Until the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we are to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus and tell others about Him. We do so by reaching out to people, not just in our own community, but through opportunities around the world. We invite you to become a part of our fellowship. Membership requires that you become a Christian. That means trusting in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. We invite you to connect with a small group for Bible study and fellowship. Our Sunday School provides a chance for everyone from infants to senior adults to connect with others and with God. You do not have to join the church to be involved. We invite your children to be involved in age graded ministry opportunities throughout the year. We invite you to make yourself at home and find a place to use the gifts God has given you to serve others.
