Here at Kingman First we have two services: The Traditional Service at 8:30am and the Contemporary Service at 11:00am. Although the music is different for these two services, Senior Pastor Paul Daniel brigs the message at both services.
At the Traditional Service the congregation can expect to sing in unison with the choir. The music consists of more traditional hymns and are led by the choir leader. The choir is assisted by the piano as they sing and you may choose to either read the music from the overhead projection system or from the provided hymnals. While all forms of dress are accepted by Kingman First, you can expect to see more business casual/Sunday best at this service. Our Contemporary Service does not have a choir, rather it is led by our Redemption praise and worship team consisting of guitars, keyboards, bass guitars and drums. The music will usually consist of newer styles written by newer artists, but on occasion some ‘oldies’ are included as well as some original pieces written by the team. All of the music played by the team is projected overhead so that the congregation may sing along. The general attire for this service is much more casual.
